This four part online webinar series explores the challenges and complexities of living with multiple chronic conditions, focusing on the interconnected nature of these diseases and the role of prevention, management, and health equity.

Webinar One: Risk factors that lead to chronic conditions, and ways to mitigate these risks through following a healthy lifestyle, 29th January 2025, 13:00-14:00

Preventing and managing chronic conditions begins with addressing their root causes. This session will explore the modifiable risk factors that contribute to chronic diseases, including smoking, poor diet, physical inactivity, and stress. Attendees will gain actionable advice on adopting sustainable lifestyle changes to reduce the burden of chronic conditions.
