PCN Pharmacy Team Engagement Event

Event Details

These events will provide an opportunity to meet with other members of the Primary Network Pharmacy teams from across the region with time to network, discuss issues, and to share and learn from best practice and innovation.

The sessions will focus on how ICB medicines strategy, PCN DES and GP priorities link together, working with Community Pharmacy with sessions including embedding your clinical skills, opportunities for pharmacy technicians and development post PCPEP.

There will also be a chance for you to shape the future or your PCN Community of Practice.

Two identical sessions aretaking place, one in the morning (9-12) and one in the afternoon (1:30–4:30) with time at the beginning, over lunch, and at the end for networking.

The first half of each session will be made up of will be for the full group (1 hr 15 mins) with a break and then a choice of one of four breakout sessions (1 hr). The full group will then come together for a final session (30 minutes).

There will be an opportunity over lunch (12:15 – 1:15) to network with colleagues attending each session.
