What is the Tees Valley Innovation Challenge?
Tees Valley Innovation Challenge offers a unique opportunity for businesses like yours to enhance your innovation capabilities. Through challenge-led collaboration opportunities, specialist one-to-one support, training, and events, we provide the platform, guidance, and resources to help you capitalise on growth opportunities within our vibrant innovation ecosystem.
The programme aims to support transformative changes to the Tees Valley economy by providing high-value support to ambitious SMEs to increase employment, productivity and boost public investment in research and development. The programme is led by innovation specialists and business support providers Innovation Edge and Health Innovation North East and North Cumbria.
Tees Valley Innovation Challenge has received £494,880 from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) as part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority’s UKSPF programme of support. To access support through the programme, you must be a small or medium-sized business based in Tees Valley (Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, or Stockton-On-Tees).
