Improving Population Health
HI NENC works with our ICB bringing together expert practitioners to ensure that we effectively implement and evaluate innovative clinical pathways across our health and social care infrastructure. We work hard to ensure that we work in areas that are a priority for our ICB to improve the health of the populations that we serve.
We have built collaborative partnerships with NHS Trusts, Primary Care Networks, Universities and Industry colleagues to support us in implementing and evaluating innovation and research into clinical practice providing demonstrable improvements and increasing productivity.
This brochure highlights the work we have done to improve the health of the NENC population through delivery of our national programmes including Detecting Atrial Fibrillation and Prevention of Cerebral Palsy in the Preterm Infant.
