Amazon’s approach to innovation has remained consistent since the company first launched: start with the customer and work backwards.

In this session, you will hear valuable insights, lessons learned, and best practices from Amazon’s cultural mechanisms including an insight into their innovation journey.

Specifically the team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) will discuss Amazon’s peculiar Culture, Mechanisms, Organisation and Architecture finishing off with some guidance on where to learn more about the cloud and gain some AWS certifications.
