The Clinical Digital Resource Collaborative (CDRC) would like to extend an invitation to join an online demonstration event of new resources.
Taking place on Wednesday 7th October (13:00 -14:00), the event will provide the opportunity to hear an overview of the CDRC, hear details about the program and strategy as well as an opportunity to ask the team any questions you may have about the collaborative.
The demonstration will focus on the use of CDRC Precision resources in the identification of patients by optimising lipid management, including Familial Hypercholesterolaemia (FH) and PCSK9i and is suitable for GP’s, pharmacists, clinical leads and heath care professionals.
