CVD Bitesize Session: Heart Failure

Event Details
The session will provide practices within Tees Valley an overview of heart failure, why this is important, current guidelines, how these apply, primary care targets and where to access the data on achievement progress.
There will be a 30 minute presentation followed by 15 minute Q&A session. The session will be recorded.
