Health Innovation NENC are proud to facilitate a series of three Lunch & Learn sessions focusing on CVD.

The NHS Long Term Plan sets an ambition to prevent over 150,000 heart attacks, strokes & dementia cases over a 10 year period. Early detection and treatment of CVD can help patients live longer, healthier lives

This year saw the reintroduction of Cholesterol indicators within QOF for almost 10 years.

We aim to support Primary Care with some practical skills & knowledge to help facilitate detection & management of CVD patients.

The sessions will be held on MSTeams and joining information will be sent in advance.
