ePrescribing Masterclass

15/12/2021 1:00 pm to 15/12/2021 2:00 pm

Event Details

The ePrescribing masterclass series consists of a monthly webinar where NHS organisations can share their learning and experiences on digital transformation and enabling Trusts to follow in their footsteps as quickly and effectively as possible.

The sessions are designed to accelerate digital transformation, reduce unwarranted variation, and deliver quality improvements in patient safety, clinical outcomes, and service user experience. It is also an opportunity for people to present at a national level.

The events will be of interest to Pharmacy teams, Implementation teams, IT teams, CCIOs, CMIOs and suppliers.

The series was set up by Ann Slee, NHS England’s Associate Chief Clinical Information Officer (Medicines). Ann is a hospital pharmacist by background and has led various local and national initiatives around digital medicines and ePrescribing with experience in the development and deployment of digital technologies. She holds several honorary academic appointments and was a member of the advisory board for the Wachter review.

Ann is a Founding Fellow of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics.

A certificate of attendance is available if viewing on GoTo.
