Connect, share and learn with health and care colleagues from across the country as we explore different local models of technology-enabled remote monitoring support more people safely in the comfort of home.

Hear about the journey to develop service models in places that are already providing remote monitoring at scale including Airedale and Merseyside, from design and governance to sustainability and workforce development.

We’ll compare and contrast approaches, experiences and learning on topics including developing single points of contact and access (SPOC and SPA) in the first of the National Innovation Collaborative for digital health Thought Partnership / Workshop series.

Combining facilitated discussion with audience questions and answers, this session aims to inform, excite, and equip attendees with new knowledge, ideas and contacts.
