Northern Lipid Forum 20 October 22
“The increasing role of Pharmacists in Lipid management” and “An overview of the work of the AHSN NENC on Lipids”
You are invited to attend a meeting of the Northern Lipid Forum, in association with HEART UK, to be held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Newcastle on Thursday 20th October at 7.00 pm.
We are delighted to welcome our two speakers – a consultant pharmacist in cardiology and cardiovascular research, and Professor Julia Newton, Medical Director of the AHSN NENC.
The meeting will be preceded by a buffet at 6.30pm, to which you are cordially invited.
The Northern Lipid Forum came into being in 1995 as a means of bringing state of the art lectures on lipids and atherosclerosis to specialists in the Northern Region but under the auspices of HEART UK, the forum now extends an invitation to GPs, commissioners, healthcare scientists, researchers and other members of the multidisciplinary teams that design develop and deliver services to patients at risk of premature cardiovascular disease.
