Health Innovation NENC (HI NENC) is delighted to facilitate the third webinar in the CKD series, focusing on how to ‘Perfect’ the care of patients with CKD who have the greatest need for intervention, monitoring or referral.
The event will give insight from two very different models across the North East and North Cumbria and an opportunity to hear how the programme is working in clinical practice.

- Barry Todd – Pharmacist Practitioner, Wallsend PCN Pharmacy Lead and Clinical Champion for Primary Care – Cardiovascular Disease, HI NENC
- Nadia Malik – Pharmacist Practitioner, North Stockton PCN and Dr Will Hinchliffe – Consultant in Renal & General Medicine, NHS South Tyneside and Sunderland Foundation Trust
The event is aimed at all staff working in Primary Care Networks (PCNs) including Nurse Practitioners, ARRS roles/Pharmacists and GP’s. Attendees can expect to learn more about CKD and the resources available to help improve outcomes for people with CKD.
