Elena joined Health Innovation NENC in November as a Programme Manager in the Economic Growth team.
Elena’s academic background is in international studies, business and politics (she holds an MA in International Relations from Durham University), however she developed a passion for life sciences and healthcare during her career. Elena built her career in Life Science marketing, helping Biotech and Life Science organisations pitching their products and services to a varied international audience. For the past eight years Elena has managed programmes, accounts and people – she is passionate about effective communication and its importance for business growth and is looking forward to applying these principles to Healthcare Innovation.
