This event will consider the learning from a number of projects carried out as part of the system gram negative blood stream infection improvement plan, UTI collaboratives and nutrition/hydration collaboratives.

Sharing the learning from projects across the system will encourage further spread of successful initiatives and contribute to the development of improvement plans for 2019-20. Themes for the day will include:

  • Successes from organisations participating in the UTI Collaborative
  • Linking projects from nutrition/hydration Collaborative with HCAI
  • Planning for the 2019/20 challenge
