MSK self-help resources

This resource has been compiled to signpost to online resources to help self-manage musculoskeletal conditions and maintain (or increase) physical activity during the coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing.

It has been created to provide support for individuals, patients and clients. There is a varied suite of activity and exercise to access online, from therapeutic exercises to help with pain and stiffness through to high-level exercise to build endurance and strength.

This might feel difficult or stressful. But there are lots of resources online to try, that could help wellbeing.

This is just a selection of activities that suit all abilities to use whilst movement restrictions are in force and we must stay at home and avoid other people.

If you have any materials you feel would enhance this website, please feel free to share them with me at: [email protected]
